We demolished the existing garage to make way for a new construction modern Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU). The ADU spans 800 square feet and features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a full kitchen. In addition, we installed a solar system, enhancing sustainability while creating a beautiful backyard space.

To optimize space, we incorporated a special stackable washer and dryer unit discreetly hidden within the kitchen cabinet. The exterior walls were finished with smooth stucco, providing a sleek and contemporary look. The roof is covered with shingles, ensuring durability and weather protection.

Throughout the ADU, luxury vinyl flooring was installed, adding a touch of sophistication and practicality. A spacious walk-in closet was included to enhance storage capabilities. Furthermore, we created convenient parking with a motor gate, combining functionality and security.

Overall, this ADU project showcases modern design, efficiency, and attention to detail, resulting in a comfortable and stylish living space that seamlessly integrates with the surrounding environment.
