We performed a complete renovation of our two-story house, starting with a full gut-out down to the studs. Our main goal was to create an open floor plan concept, resulting in a significant layout change. We added a new bedroom and powder room, along with a remarkable 20-foot bucket door connecting the living room to the backyard. Outdoor enhancements included a pool, upgraded hardscape, and landscape.

We replaced all windows and interior doors, increasing their size for better lighting and views. A new roof was installed, and the kitchen was relocated, featuring a 12-foot island and a pantry room. A modern staircase with LED lighting beneath each step was introduced, and a new chandelier became the main focal point. The lighting design was revamped throughout the house.

Smooth stucco now adorns the exterior walls, while the master bedroom boasts a new fireplace and walk-in closet. Luxury herringbone wood flooring was laid, and book matched slabs were used for all interior walls in the master bathroom. This comprehensive renovation has resulted in a modern and stylish home that seamlessly combines functionality and elegance.
